Track days for the season are published in February.
Each session must be booked in advance.
Voucher holders will be able to use their code during the booking process.

Choose a date from our calendar, complete the booking, and follow the joining instructions sent to your email.

Car Track Day FAQ – After Booking

Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions once your booking has been completed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Then:

  • One week before the event → joining instructions
  • One day before the event → final reminders

Check your spam folder in case messages are filtered.

What if the weather is poor?2025-12-02T14:22:16+01:00

Track days normally run in most weather conditions, including rain.
We will only postpone or cancel if conditions are unsafe (e.g., heavy standing water, storms, extremely poor visibility).

If Kymiring cancels the event for safety reasons, you will receive:

  • A free transfer to another suitable date or
  • A credit for future use

Your place is secure.
If you arrive late, report to the sign-on desk — you may still join but could lose some track time.

If you forget your licence:

  • Use TRAFICOM’s online E-SERVICE driving licence check
  • Bring valid photo ID
  • If you cannot prove your licence status, you cannot ride/drive
What if I run off the circuit or exceed track limits?2025-12-02T14:24:15+01:00

We follow a three-stage system:

  • 1st offence: warning flag
  • 2nd offence: 20-minute exclusion
  • Further offences: removal from the event without refund

This ensures safety for everyone on track.

Yes — allowed with the following conditions:

  • Device must be securely mounted
  • A secondary tether is required
  • Suction mounts alone may be rejected
  • Staff may require adjustments or removal if unsafe

On the booking page, select “Reserve” and enter your details.
If a space opens, you will receive an automated email with the link to complete your booking.

A non-competitive riding event on a real racing circuit.
No trophies, no racing — just you and your motorcycle in a controlled environment.

We often run sessions specifically for novices:

  • Sighting laps led by a pace bike
  • Apex cones to guide your lines
  • Instructors available for advice
  • Groups sorted by experience

You must wear:

  • Leather suit (one-piece or two-piece full zip)
  • Full-face helmet ECE
  • Motorcycle boots, over the ancle boots
  • Full leather gloves
  • Back protector

No textile suits allowed.

  • Arrive early (60–90 minutes before first session)
  • Sign-on + licence check
  • Noise test (if applicable)
  • Safety briefing

Riders must be:

  • 18+, with a valid motorcycle licence, or
  • Hold a recognised race licence

Riders under 18 may only join dedicated junior sessions.

Mandatory gear:

  • One-piece leather suit OR full-zip two-piece
  • Full-face helmet (approved standard)
  • Leather motorcycle boots
  • Leather gloves extending beyond the wrist
  • A proper back protector
