Driving Instructor — Cars & ATV

We’re looking for experienced instructors to participate in driver development trainings and ATV activities. You’ll work directly with participants of all levels — from complete beginners to more experienced drivers — guiding them through their first laps or off-road terrain in a safe, engaging and encouraging way.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a driving instructor or motorsport coach (cars and/or ATV)
• A patient, confidence-building approach and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different participants, group sizes and formats
• Finnish language skills required; English an advantage
• Availability across the April–October season (full or part-season)
