HISTORY
The KymiRing story began in 2007 with a bold vision and a carefully crafted masterplan. By 2013, KymiRing Oy was established, and after years of meticulous planning, permitting, and construction, the most modern and largest event venue in Northern Europe was brought to life in 2019.
Today, KymiRing stands as a unique circuit area, ready to welcome visitors from around the world.
Now under new ownership from 2024, we are committed to continuing this legacy while forging a fresh path forward. Collaborating with national and international sports organizations, social institutions, and key partners, we aim to transform KymiRing into the leading sports and entertainment hub of the Nordic region.
ABOUT KYMIRING
KymiRing is Northern Europe’s only GP Circuit that was desinged to fulfill the highest requirements of FIM and FIA. The track is 4,5 kilometers long with 21 curves and has an altitude difference of 18 meters. The length of the main straight is 1.1 km – the longest GP straight in Europe. KymiRing’s huge 168 hectares circuit area with modern facilities offers various possibilities for both motorsports and automotive testing industry.
In the future KymiRing grows and develops. Considering of relocating your company or establishing a new one? Our 168 hectares area on a spot location in Finland with permitted building rights offers numerous possibilities for different types of businesses.

Special attention is paid to monitoring and managing environmental impact. Noise impact is carefully studied, as is the impact on the soil, groundwater and surface water. Biodiversity and the cultural environment are focuses of attention and the results of nature surveys have been considered in planning.
